Development
Once your team has completed the planning phase and identified the IYCF behaviour(s) that will be the focus of the campaign, you will work with a creative agency to develop the campaign concept, messages, and media. First, you will identify the needs of your team and recruit a creative agency who will support campaign development, which may include campaign concept and strategy development, account and programme management, and media and production services. Next, you will work with the creative agency to create key campaign messages and develop a communication and campaign strategy. Finally, together with the creative agency, you will plan for and carry out pre-testing of campaign messages, graphics, and tools in advance of the implementation phase.
